Fitness Goals

Most people know that at the beginning of 2011 I went on a three month fitness challenge to lose 10 kilos.

I did it and it was a great feeling to achieve it.

Unfortunately over the last six months I’ve put a couple of those kilos back on that I now want to lose.

So, I’m getting back on the fitness bandwagon for a couple of months starting this week.

The goals I’m setting out to achieve over the next twelve weeks are:

  1. Get my weight down to 60 kilos by the end of March.
  2. Eat clean food with no added sugar or alcohol.
  3. Complete a one hour weights session 4 times a week.
  4. Run 30 minutes, or 6 kms, 5 times a week.

I’ll add an update every week with my progress and any hurdles I come across.
